About Me

I live in Jacksonville, Florida and I currently work as a website developer and graphic designer. I specialize in building custom websites in WordPress and other modern content management systems.

For building, I am fluent in HTML but am proficient in PHP, jQuery and basic web development. I’m a big fan of clean, functional interfaces. A noteworthy experience involved building the Florida Catholic and extending WordPress to create a custom advertising system, multiple different news feeds and integrating a payment processor. I’ve also extensively used the Adobe Creative Suite line for a decade, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign. It’s also important to have a site that looks visually appealing while easy to read and browse.

I am in the process of expanding my knowledge of JavaScript to prepare for its increased importance in the development field. In my spare time, I’m an avid gamer and enjoy watching Star Wars with my family.

Community Involvement

I have always believed in working together as a community of developers. This is why I always try to spend parts of my free time engaged in the local WordPress user group and stay active on help forums such as reddit.
